Steps to be followed to implement HR Chatbot
- This requires mainly defining the objectives of HR functions that need to be handled by Chatbot like
- leave requests, payroll inquiries, etc.
- Then choose the right platform that is compatible with HR software and design intuitive dialogue
structures that ensure employees receive clear and accurate instructions.
- The integration with existing HR databases for real-time retrieval needs to be ensured and finally needs to be tested and optimized.
